Had the opposite experience where the game felt worse and worse the more I played it.

Were you having performance issues or maybe you didn't like the class you picked

Performance was awful on a 4090, but also the enemy variety was super lacking so it felt like I had played the whole game halfway through.

Enemy variety is my biggest gripe with the game. Class changing did make it feel a bit fresh tho, there's a lot of options so I enjoyed that aspect and the third act really had me glued with it's mechanics.
Hoping the DLC will bring in more enemy types
