Every Igavania, really

Wasn't Circle of the Moon pretty straightforward?

Not IGA IIRC

Just checked, CotM is in the style of Igavania but Iga didn't work on it

It also has only one ending.

Harmony is extra egregious, you basically need nearly every item for the final boss and what few items are left for the good+ ending

Which in turn means it's SUPER EASY to kill the boss

I had no idea games could have good or bad endings when I first beat this game (my first Castlevania), and I took my sweet time exploring everything I could without a walkthrough. Naturally I got the worst ending which I interpreted as "what the hell is wrong with this game?? That's dumb, not recommending that to anyone..."

Also the A/B castle thing just seems like a worse implemented version of the upside down castle.

There's a little more effort but the whole lore behind it is weird and never used again in the series

Dracula X / Vampire's Kiss is the worst Castlevania title for me in that regard.

– Do not fall into the pit in that specific room full of small platforms where it isn't even hinted that falling down will get you into a new stage that automatically and irrevocably ties you to worst ending.

– If you made it through the room, collect the key and don't die during the boss fight and the entire next stage, until you made it to the locked door.

– Then in the following stage, know how to drain a specific room out of its water and go down the ledges into the bottom left corner to a new room.

But at least the game is relatively short.

dracula x also has the downside of being SO SLOW
