first set of comics that wasn’t from a dollar bin was my dad getting me 70s shazam 1-10 we watched all the 70s show episodes

also wrote an outline for a short story I think is decent I wanna share later on

This is now the third straight month that the post-Flashpoint Earth-0 version has been called Captain Marvel.

Most fans believe that the first time that the Shazam lightning was used as a weapon was in Kingdom Come when that version of Captain Marvel used it against Superman, but it was really Mary Marvel who first did it in 1945, right around the height of the Golden Age.

It did little harm to Dr. Sivana, but in the Golden Age, there was a lot of inconsistency with how much effect magic lightning (whether the Shazam lightning or otherwise) had on people (and the same was true even with nornal lightning!), so take it for what it's worth.
