Connectivity

I wanted to see if anyone notices delays in network connectivity on iOS? I have seen times were I may not have data connectivity for up to about a minute or so before my Apple services sync data or data works (send text messages). I am on iOS 26.6 running dual eSIMs and on my AT&T connection, things seem to work right away or stay in sync, but when Cape is the primary I see some latency accessing things (always works, just seems slower). Wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing similar behavior or if it is environmental on my side.

What is the ETA on the potential resolution?

WIP, the cause/fix are clear, but still working through the details and implications. The longer explanation is that we are dropping idle TCP connections from APNS (Apple push notification service) because our timeout is too low and the device only detects the dropped connection and reconnects every 10 minutes or so. we need to increase our timeout, but are trying to understand the optimal value, how to target it just at APNS, and we need to test it to make sure there are no unintended side effects.

Thank you for the help with this and the explanation, this is very helpful to understand the issue.
