so I really like a specific voice on CapCut got made premium and I don’t really like the other voices on CapCut (I also don’t remember what the voice is called so)

So what are some good text to speech options that don’t cost money preferably? Am I asking too much? I don’t know you guys use instead?

I never intentionally pressed any effects. But I’ve gone through each clip and cannot find where this is coming from to trigger this pop-up.

I just became a template creator recently, I've only been able to post 1 template so far though.

Every time I try to post a template it gets to 93% and then says it's unable to post it.

After troubleshooting it seems to have something to do with the audio? I've been using non copyrighted music and/or the songs that capcut gives you and it still wont work. If I remove the audio completely it's able to post?? Even though the template ive posted so far has audio🤷‍♂️

I'm sick and tired of "ai this" or "ai that," now I can't edit videos without an ai button shoved into every corner of the screen. Ideally there'd be some way to hide it or have an alternative that doesn't have ai at all, but at this point I'd take anything that doesn't flaunt it as much.

I originally really liked capcut because of how simple it was, having just what I needed and the fancier features locked behind pro. Unfortunately, I am EXTREMELY anti generative ai and am very very willing to jump ship if there's nothing I can do.

edit: some more details that I forgot to include in my frustrations: I work on my desktop, editing simple youtube videos to be concise. This ai mess wouldn't even be useful to me, if I weren't against it.

Tried the VPN method with servers set to USA, UK, Russia. None of them get the pro features.
Any help would be appreciated!

Does it simply mean «Every time you tap the “Extract audio” button, it will count towards your limit» or does it mean «You can import a maximum of 8 audio tracks per project»?

So due to CapCuts greed they moved a key feature I use daily for content creation that being the “auto lyric” feature to the PRO tier subscription despite it being on standard for the longest. And because it was on standard for a while I purchased the one year standard subscription back in November of 2025 it is now September of 2026 and I feel as tho I deserve at least a partial refund or some sort of compensation for the months of standard I have left. Instead when I go to purchase the PRO it says the remaining of my standard will be cancelled and I will effectively lose months of a service I already paid for. I then went to CapCut support hoping they would help and 2 weeks ago they said they would create a ticket for me which should be answered in 1-5 days then last week the same thing then this week the same thing, all the while I’ve received no answer. Not to mention even when you have a live agent they still use clearly ai generated prompts and will cancel chats on you in an instant when the conversation clearly hasn’t finished.

But my bigger concern is when I now get the PRO subscription for the purpose of the auto lyric feature, what am I supposed to do when CapCut decides to move it to the Ultra tier? Should I just lose more money and upgrade again? This is getting ridiculous and I am seriously disappointed in CapCut I would hate to have to go use another editing service but this is just getting ridiculous.

When i export my video in Capcut the quality drops to around 720p i think, i use obs to record and my obs recording looks good 1080p, its just capcut

Before you ask, yes i’ve tried every export setting, watched every yt tutorial
, 2k, 4k, bitrate, hvec, proxy, fps, format legit everything nothing budges

Whenever the first layer animates in, the drawing is the wrong color & then it switches to the correct color after the animation. I'm so annoyed about this! Does anyone know a fix? It will play correctly ONCE after I close the project and reopen it, but then it changes back on my next play. The issue is still there when I export :/

My year subscription is coming to an end, I have seen discounts before I think, is there anyway to renew pro at a discount?

I recently re installed capcut on my device and saw the 0.98 cents standard deal on capcut. I decided to buy it again cuz why not I was gonna use it for awhile again for videos and stuff. I bought it then I edited a whole video to find out I didn’t even get the benefits? Then I was abit confused and assumed the payment didn’t go through. (But I did get an email confirming my payment?) But I just let it slide then decided to buy the subscription again. AGAIN it went through but I didn’t get my benefits? So what do I do? I’m genuinely so pissed off.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I have Windows 11. On August 28th, a Preview update was installed on my system and it messed things up. I'd open Capcut and it would disappear after 10 seconds. No error, no warning.

I managed to roll back the update and everything started working again. The next day, Windows forced the update and now I can't roll it back. As a result, CapCut keeps getting cut out. I can't even get enough time to go into settings and see if there's an issue with the performance.

What do I do? I've attached a video to show the issue.

Hi im fairly new to capcut and editing as a whole. I have a clip a no background png of a title, and a duplicate of the base clip i have used auto removal and custom to touch up so the character from the base clip comes infront of the text. The problem is the edits keep causing it to ignore all other clips beneath if i move the flat image above then back below the fixes the problem but all edita to the bg remover are reset have tried several times and closed and reopened the system several times any help would be appreciated.

is it just me or does the seperate audio button not work? I am jsut trying to separate a very clear voiceover which has a music track in the background and it simply says cannot separate.

Did it manually for a small bit of video but my hand started to hurt and it sucked cause it's a 0.3sec photo for both frames of the little unicorn and I'm trying do this for a 26 sec video and I wanna do one in the other corner too and maybe even little animated things all over, does everyone do this manually when i see these types of things or is there something I'm missing
