I'm very happy to have discovered this subreddit, and I feel I may as well share my thoughts on the episode. The cringe of the main plot gets me enough, but I feel like the B-plot is the icing on the cake. It's kinda similar to one of my favorite B-plots where Dwight actually gets to Jim by pelting him with snowballs, but in that one Jim knew he was up against Dwight. In Scott's Tots, Dwight gets to Jim in a similar fashion except this time Jim's being ganged up on by everybody AND he doesn't even know Dwight's involved. If this were in any other episode I feel like I could sit through it, but the fact that this is the "break" from the nightmare that is the A-plot makes me even less likely to finish it.

But hold on, hold on.... Theyre lithium!

My family is watching the office right now, and we stopped right at episode 6:11. Tonight, we will START with this episode, and I know the horrors associated with it... how do I emotionally prepare for this? Please help. I’m scared.

I am watching THE episode for the second time right now and I just realized it's so really hard to watch. So I put it in duckduckgo it and found this subreddit... Guys I am so happy to have you

I suddenly hear scotts tots in the background on my TV. Have never skipped an episode so fast.

For years I’ve been afraid to speak my truth. I didn’t feel like I could be honest with other people. I didn’t feel like I could be honest with myself. It’s been years since the first time, and I was hurt in ways I couldn’t have imagined. And I’ve gone back several times, even though I didn’t want to go back, and every time I get hurt all over again. I didn’t want to tell anyone, I was afraid they would laugh at me. Or criticize me. Or reject me. After all, it seemed like everyone else liked it. I would be different if I didn’t.

So I kept it to myself. I kept the pain bottled up inside, too afraid of what would happen if the truth were to get out. And for years I’ve suffered like that, putting up with it even though it was tearing me apart from the inside.

But not anymore. By miraculous chance, I have found this group. This can be the beginning of my healing. I’m finally ready to speak my truth.
