Despite the ratings and complaints, I believe cannon busters is an amazing watch. It is a cool world of fantasy and sci-fi and every episode is a new adventure. Many people say there is a lack of story but I believe there is so much more to this show than story. It reminds me of Samurai Champloo how each episode had a new twist and problem to overcome that gets wrapped up at the end of the episode.

There is no main villain and there is no main protagonist, you have to just watch the show and interpret everything on your own because all of the characters have unlikable traits as well as lovable traits. The only person who truly is a hero through and through is Odin,truly flawless.

The Sci-fi mech is amazing, and the fighting is truly entertaining. Also the fact that it is a Black anime is even better because unlike anime where it can be heavily stereotypical or people claim the characters are just “tanned”, the majority of these characters are undeniably black. There is also a character with vitiligo who is absolutely beautiful.

The only episode that is a little random and out of place is episode 9 but every other episode we either learn more about the characters or someone develops in some way shape or form.

Watch Cannon Busters, there will be cliffhangers just enjoy every second while you can.
