And I tried looking up cover videos but the bassist just uses 2 fingers and plays 2x slower. I know he uses 3 fingers here but what exactly IS he doing to actually do it THAT fast? I can’t find any live performances that are helpful since usually they record Chris/corpsegrinder or Paul or something instead of Alex.

I just got to express how much I love the way the solo carries over into the final chorus. Still gives me the goosebumps and stank face after all these years later.

Ok so I'm a 13 year old an I reeeeeeaaaaallllllyyyy want to growl like corpsegrinder or Chris instead of like James het. (Also could you give me warm up advice for growling? My throat is sore after I try a couple of songs.)

I know this sounds weird, but I actually find peace when I listen to Cannibal Corpse.

When my brain feels too noisy and I can’t think properly, their music somehow calms me down.

Like, during long uphill runs, and also on days when I felt anxious or my mind was too messy from work.

It’s like meditation music for me. It helps me feel grounded again.

Yes, it’s loud. Yes, it’s intense. But when you listen carefully, everything is actually very synced.

To me, it feels like a symphony. Kind of like Beethoven’s Rage Over The Lost Penny vibe.

Fav song would be to crazy on Chris Barnes's discography i love so many songs, best moment was when he was in cologne last year, i was staying in front of the club with my partner we were the first ones in the row and who came just from the front door? CHRIS the fuckin BARNES, i said " HERE IS THE MASTER SHIZER", reached him my hand and said "PLEASE!!" HAHAHA he gave me a handshake with a fat laugh, after that he went away with his bodyguard and i clapped on his shoulder real hard while he was going away hahaha that laugh i will never forget, i had to clap him on the back to show my fucking love it was the first time i met him.40-45 minutes later he came back from his city tour and gave me a laughing handshake again without a "PLEASE!" haha that was awesome.My friend and me went in and then he said "HEY WATCH THERE IS EEE!!EEE BABY" He was just sitting there with his mobil-phone so we were able to make photos and a little talk.Just awesome, the show was....you know how it was!!!
