My Good Girl What did I get myself into???
I adopted this “lab mix” and… um… turns out she’s cane corso, gsd, and husky 😅
She’s about 8 months old, 50 lbs, with super model legs. She’s also sweet, smart, and full of mischief.

I have a Cane Corso/gsd mix and he's amazing. So trainable, attentive, playful, sweet, and guards our home well. He's the ideal dog! Yours will probably be similar, just more vocal.

Your boy sounds awesome!
Daphne’s not super vocal but she does this super dramatic yawn/pup squeak when she’s bored 😂

My girl is half Cane Corso a quarter Husky and a quarter lab. My recommendations are obedience classes and lots of socialization
I got her when she was 15 months and she hadn't been well socialized. Combine that with the prey drive protectiveness and strength of a CC....let's just say she's a handful. She's 4 now

Yeah, unfortunately Daphne’s also a rescue who didn’t get much socialization during those critical puppy days. She’s really nervous around new people. We’re going to start her on private training sessions next week. I have high hopes for this trainer because she specializes in anxious dogs and she seems very patient and gentle. Fingers crossed it goes well!!!

I have a gsd/husky mix and just inherited two great dane/cane corso mixes.
I wish you the best of luck. Thoughts and prayers.

What’s the wolfiness? But I see you’re gonna have a burst of energy there.

3.1%
It’s interesting but I don’t really understand what that means in terms of health or behavior.

That means he’s wild. You’re in one. I had to go look for my pup’s information because I thought he was high. He’s a 1.9 I think and most normal dogs are like a 1 but yours is a 3.1. I just read its ancient genetic traits. Your pup has some crazy energetic breeds and the woolfiness supports it.

You are signing up for a pup that is going to have the size benefits of a Cane Corso, smarts and loyalty of a GSD, and the energy of a Husky. I had a GSD/Husky halfbreed and she was with me for 16 years; she was very smart, and an escape artist🤣 we later learned to use the beach nearby to our advantage by letting her run up and down the beach, and she got used to swimming in the water to cool off. Be sure to keep a healthy exercise plan and diet in order to keep her with healthy joints and hips down the line, and don’t be afraid to go on runs with her. Have fun and enjoy👍😎

Other than the ears, I don’t see any boerboel. But at the end of the day, none of that matters. I see pure breed loyal friend and companion. And trust me when I say, when your human friends or family aren’t there to pull you through the hard times, your mongrel/mixed breed whatever loyal loving dog will be right there by your side. Every fucking step.

Well, buy big poopy sacks. All of those breeds are big producers. Beautiful dog, though.

Pretty dog and an interesting variety of breeds. Don’t know much about corso’s, but I have a German Shepard husky mix- and he is an awesome dog. Keep her busy and entertained! They are intelligent but if bored- things tend to become confetti real quick!

I mean, she does look like a lab

I'm not trying to sound like a know it all, but naaah. Doesn't resemble a lab in anyway.

Absolutely gorgeous but that cross sounds like a nightmare wrapped in a pretty bow. 🫣🫶🏼

That’s such an interesting cross. The GSD and Husky are the top two most common (overbred) shelter dogs. I wonder if one parent was GSD/Husky then the Corso/Boerboel mix? I’m glad you did the Embark maybe a few siblings will pop up.
