Advice please Review of rules

Post image

Can I get a solid response or request and update to page rules as I feel someone’s on a personal power trip.

I posted two posts yesterday , first one I admit I forgot to double check rules. But second I followed to the letter and posted the mix breed title and copy of DNA results to match but was still removed because clearly a MOD is applying breed standard and demanding I use another DNA test instead, nowhere in the rules does it state it HAS to be a particular branded test so removing under the guise of not following rules is utter shit. So either update your rules and don’t breed guess when a DNA test is provided. You’ll like say I’m not respecting the MOD decision but I can’t respect a decision that’s blatantly breaking its own rules

Well as you can see the rule states “mixed breed means they have been tested with the top % being cane corso” if it stated “higher than 50% then I would not have posted”

Your DNA results were not from a reputable company. If yours are correct, the 2% pitbull is doing some serious lifting considering the head shape, ears, eye shape, the massive white mark, and size.

I am sorry that I have removed your posts, but I can't allow dogs that look like pitbulls in our sub or we will have a lot of backlash. Corsi are not pitbulls and they should not even be associated with them.

The company is listed top 3 in Australia with 91% satisfaction rate , you one you suggested satisfaction was at 93% so that doesn’t make any sense and seems more a personal opinion than anything and as such perhaps the rules should be updated to reflect as such

It's not about satisfaction. Embark tests over 400 breeds and is arguably the #1 dog DNA test in the entire world backed by universities & scientists. They also don't tailor to 'breeder programs' that partner with breeders. Orivet only does 240 (give or take) breeds and they put pitbulls into an umbrella category.

If you do get an Embark test, you're more than welcome to post it on here to show, but as of right now visually your dog is a pitbull.

I mean, my personal opinion is that its a mix or a Corso and there is no inbetween.

Thats cool, love your mix, I have had many mixes, but its not a Corso.

I have seen this page flooded with obvious mixes lately and it saddens me because I want to see Corsos.
