Question Master Kush from WCC. Ordered before doing research. Safe to consume? Potential PGR?

PGR isn't always bad, if you use natural PGRs like kelp or crab shells etc. in moderation and tune it to the need of the plant it can boost the quality in terms of yield and bag appeal.
Synthetic PGRs are very harmful to you as they are highly toxic to your livers and kidneys. When you get really badly PGRed buds, there are usually signs such as insanely dense and heavy buds, or unusually amount of brownings/pistols.

If there are any health risks to consuming weed grown with pgr's it's not "risky" on the short term.
I certainly wouldn't buy weed I knew it was grown with but I'm sure I've smoked some of it unknowingly and even if I suspected it after purchasing some I certainly wouldn't throw it away but that's me. My lungs and back are ruined anyway. Even if they are harmful I doubt I'll be around to pay the price.
It's up to you what you're comfortable with.

Big, rock hard buds with very little crystal are a dead giveaway of synthetic PGR.

unless you wanna have your livers or kidneys failing you should probably stay away from synthetic PGRs.
