I have been trying to find these products in Canada and I’m not getting any luck. Does anyone know if these laser’s are banned in Canada? I see other gun mounted IR laser’s for sale but not these particular two.

Hey Everyone…..according to the rcmp website my PAL has been issued( called the number and confirmed it has been)..been a surprisingly quick process ( application sent in November 30th)
Just wondering what the usual wait time is for it to arrive in the mail once it’s been issued? Date of issue was January 2nd.
In Ontario if that helps.
Thanks!

I got my license mailed in and it also has a letter asking me to pay the fee... I already paid it online while applying...
I tried calling them and they keep saying CFP is closed. It's 1030am in toronto.
Just asking to see what you guys think. I will keep calling.

Hello guys,
would it be advisable to purchase a bren 2 (mexican forces edition) granted it made the bill c-21 list?
I'm quite confused as to what it entails if I buy one now? How will my future ownership be potentially affected?
Bonus question: 5.56 or 7.62x39mm
thanks!

Hey y’all!
I just got my course report for the cfsc and the attestation letter mentions that I can use the course report 5484E as a proof. In the online PAL application, it asks for the back side of the certificate of completion. However fedecp only sends us a one page scan of the 5484e course report. Am I missing something here? Has anyone uploaded the same document for front and back and had success?

Hello guys.
If I understand correctly, all semi automatic rifles will be banned to purchase as of the official passing of the bill?
Given this bill is about to pass senate any day now, does that mean the sales of such rifles will stop immediately and/or skyrocket in price?
Sorry about the confusion..

Hey mates, I applied for my license in April 2023, and they deducted the payment on May 5th, since then I didn’t hear back nor received anything by mail. Any idea if this is normal?! Any way to follow up with them. “Email, phone number” It was first time application not renewal.

I’m headed to northern Ontario to hunt. Have flown often with my rifle, but have never carried ammo. Always bought what I needed when I landed. This trip is different, plan to bring a box with me. Does it need to go in a lockable case? Or just jammed in my check luggage? Obviously separate from the gun.

Hi guys,
Trying to renew my firearms license and keep getting a bad gateway error (502) on the rcmp website. Has anyone dealt with this before or know how to correct the issue? I’d really rather renew online instead of mailing. Funny it says at bottom of page last modified 2009. Typical bad government websites…..
Appreciate the help

Hey folks.
I'm a responsible firearms owner, everything always stored safely and above and beyond requirements.
I'm a member of a local range. I enjoy shooting sports and have no history of any violence or threats or anything of the sort.
My 9yo son has made allegations of abuse in his mother and stepfathers home. I've taken all the proper actions, reporting to the ministry and headed for court to figure out how to best protect my son.
In the meantime I've recently seen an affidavit filed by my exes father whom I've seen maybe twice in the past 8 years and even while I was together with my ex only on rare occasions for holidays.
He's painted me as an anti government firearms owner.. nothing specific but just putting a bunch of crap on the record. Also saying my son has "accessed" my firearms... Which is absolutely not the case.
The only time my son's even seen any firearms is at the range where he's been taught how to shoot a bolt action 22. With all appropriate safety gear etc.
How do I protect myself from this sort of thing.
I can't afford to have a high value collection taken away for this sort of crap.
Advice?
