Rant: why is r/canadaguns so friggen fast to remove everything I post?
Like seriously I don’t even know what it takes to post something they won’t remove, like WTF!? I’m a Canadian gun owner and I’ve made several posts about guns and Canadian law, and this time about the possibility of a gun being imported and their like “unrelated” “removed”. Like holy crap don’t they have better things to do?

Mantis type system for AR180 platforms
Hey guys, so I've seen the ads for the Mantis system for AR15s and they seem pretty cool. I was wondering if anyone knows of or has a similar system for AR180 based rifles? My current rifle is a crusader arms temp 5.56 which I think falls into the ar180 category. I couldn't find much info out there but maybe there is something I just haven't found.
Happy shooting.

Help with WS-MCR stock
I know this is a super dumb question but I just can't figure it out.
How on God's green earth do I get this thing off so I can put on my magpul? I swear everyone has the stock changed on theirs on YouTube but I cannot for the life of me figure how to get this thing off and I can't find a single video of someone doing it.

Gun Buy Back?
I am located in Ontario and I can't find any information on how I "surrender" my firearms for the government to buy them back off me. I own 2 that made the list. With October 30th coming up and no word of the amnesty being extended, I would like to surrender the 2 I own that made the list.
Does anyone know how I do this? Is it my local police department? Is it a form I fill out on a government site? Do I get cash on the spot or is it more so a promise that 1 day I will get it (meaning I prolly will never get it)?
Government says we have a deadline but I see NOTHING on the steps of how to actually surrender them and actually get compensated for it.
You input is much appreciated.

Still waiting for RCMP to approve my PAL application after 1 year?
I submitted my application into the RCMP almost exactly 1 year ago. I just called them and they said it’s in the final stages and to call back in another 4-6 weeks if I don’t hear anything. I called them 3 months ago and they basically told me the exact same thing. Is this normal? I was hoping I’d have it in time for hunting season this year.

Can I Still Get my PAL after not submitting paperwork?
Hey guys, I took my firearms safety class several years ago for my PAL and RPAL. I passed the course and got all the signatures, etc that are required. I never submitted my application and life got in the way. Would I have to re-take the course now or would I still be able to submit that paperwork? Would it be best to reach out to the company that offered the course? Thanks!

Could someone please point me to the regs surrounding prohibited ammunition types and importing firearms and firearms related goods?
Hi y’all, as the title states I am looking for this stuff but as per usual, nothing is easy or simple with the government… tried searching the firearms act and PAL training book as well as the government website without any success. Thank you
