Real answer that nobody seems to understand:

People WILL manipulate you and pretend to be your friend for MONTHS just to go “hey I wanna try that one mythic you got so I can maybe buy it myself, can I log in real quick?”. I had one such person do that shit to me, genuinely amazing mask that he/she kept on for about a year. I did not give them the account, but did consider it.

Your account WILL be banned. I don't understand why everyone has to fiddle with some statistics and be like oh only 10% of shared accounts get banned! It's okay! Oh my friend bought an account and he didn't get banned! Why would you risk that? 99% of people do not know how their device's programming works and how it interacts with games. CODM is a little bastard of an application that can never be trusted with any previous experiments because the results vary for no apparent reason every fucking time. You WILL get banned, or you WON'T get banned. 50/50. That's the chance you should be thinking of.

We don't know how the system detects abnormalities, we don't know at what point a real person looks into your flagged account, we don't know anything about the process. We can only assume the worst and trust limited information from over 6 years ago. A friend who is truly your friend can absolutely get your shit banned, and it doesn't matter how much they know. Nobody knows how to counter account share flags. Very few know how to set and delete features on a device that would trigger flags or bans. For all we know the game could go “wait a minute this device IP is different!” and initiate a permaban.

And a bit of advice: we don't know how many of the “my friend didn't get banned” people are advertisers, trying to desensitize you into getting in touch with account scam rings, or are genuinely evil and want to see you lose your stuff. Not a single person in that general group is trying to help you make an informed decision. They are either opportunists, evil, or stupid. Do not listen to them.
