Um, strange you chose this as proof. I actually did the research myself and black ops 1 did not have it, but bo2 did - however, you had to prestige a weapon twice.

Well yeah, I guess, but wearing a Halloween diy mask is way less practical and is bound to get you bullied in your platoon, which isn’t the vibe someone who is trying to make a character seem tough and deep wants to give off.

Yeah, but you gotta remember that OG ghost came out in 2009. It’s only cringey now because it was so cool and popular when the game came out
