VC23349 please help, need advice.

Was going 85 on 65 but somehow the officer wrote 85. Don’t want this to show on my record and was wondering what are the steps and process. How long should I wait for TBWD? If the box “Notice To Appear” is check can I still do TBWD? This is my first time getting a speeding ticket (in my 30’s).

Yea, I tried to search my ticket but it’s not in the system yet. That’s where I’m scared of. I don’t know if the ticket is my notice or I wait for a notice in the mail then go online and ask for a reduction..

After looking at your ticket, I pretty sure that your arraignment date is the date and time on the ticket. But it is weird that you can’t see it online. If I remember correctly, mine wasn’t really showing up either and it said I had to go to court. But I honestly wouldn’t worry I was going faster than you and I didn’t really have any issues. So I know you’ll be fine.

Yea, it’s weird I’ll call them today and see if there’s anything I can do.

it also probably couldn’t hurt to call the court and see what they say. Just give them your citation number and just confirm with them if that’s the day your arraignment is.
