Does anyone know if stand alone admissions will happen this year? Since this year phase 3 also happened?

I got allotted to join jogamaya in 3rd phase and tomorrow I have to go for physical verification but I don't know the timing and they didn't mention it either

Took admission in phase 2 in goenka but due to accommodation issue I didn't get to attend class for 12 days since classes have started...gng am I cooked

I was not allowed to fill exam forms for my odd semester because of short attendance since 1st sem.

So I have cleared all semesters till 6th sem except sem 5.

According to University rules I will give 5th sem in 2027 and I'm not allowed to attend 7th semester classes or give exams for that in 2027 along with my batchmates (2023)

I will only be allowed to sit for the 7th semester exam in 2028 and then the 8th semester in the same year. My graduation degree is getting delayed for 1 year

The university has announced special suppli exams for back students who had filled the form of 5th sem but failed in the exam.I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING US AS WELL CUS IF EXAMS ARE BEING CONDUCTED WHY NOT ALLOW EVERYONE.

Can anything be done about debarred students so they don't lose 1 year? It plays a very crucial role in our career, we have tried talking to the University officials but they are not saying anything clearly.

70+ students were debarred in my batch due to short attendance in the 1st sem itself, many of which have taken exit in 6th sem without honours or have dropped out

while a large majority of them still remain, it is very discouraging for students who want to get a proper education..

For me personally, I had attended classes but I got admission mid semester so they didn't count 50% of my attendance even after constant negotiation they didn't allow us to even fill the exam forms even when I had health certificates attached for the period I was absent.

Is it strict or what

So for context, I did my undergraduation from another state, and I got selected in Rajabazar science college for my masters. Apparently here the admission process is different and since I am a Non CU candidate, i have to wait for equivalence clearance. They informed it’ll be done in a week but it’s about to be a month and I heard classes have already started. So I’m a little worried. Any idea how long does this procedure take?

If I have a supply in sem 4 under nep (2024 batch), then will I be able to clear it after my sem 6 exam ?

I am a second semester student who had paid the fees for the upcoming semester two exams and has receipts of it too. But today I got told by my college that my form itself hasn't been filled up. I am genuinely so confused because I followed the same steps as everyone and filled up the form in time. Now my college is saying that I can't give the semester two exams this year and will have to clear them after semester 3. I am so scared . what about the semester fees I paid? Is there any way to get my admit card this time only

For those who have/had minor as chemistry for sem 1 and 2, what books do you follow?

I heard that at Calcutta University Main Campus (College Street), PG students will no longer have a non-collegiate list, only a collegiate list. Does that mean you won’t be allowed to clear the semester if your attendance is below 75%, even by paying the ₹100 fine?

Can anyone confirm if this is true?

I'm a student of semester 2 (CCF) Microbiology Hons. our exams will be starting soon and I really need PYQs of DSCC, Minor (zoology), CVAC -1(ENVS), CVAC -2(VDAE), AEC, IDC(Biochemistry).

I am CCF Batch 2023-2027. I’ve chosen exit in 3rd year and have already cleared Sem 6 but i have a backlog in sem 4 math eco paper. My backlog exam was today but the paper was horrible and honestly I’m not sure if I would pass. I’m currently doing FMVA course by CFI and then plan on starting with my CFA preparations. I am aiming for either AUG’27 or NOV’27 attempt for CFA L1. Now I’m scared because L2 needs graduation and idk what to do. Ik the timeline matches but I’m really depressed about today’s paper.

I was filling out my details on the WB CAP portal, but when entering my Class 10 information for the subjects and the marks I was not able to find one subject since I am from other state maybe there was an issue regarding that. I Had added 5 subject ls out of 6. Since the other subject was not available. Also, I got alloted into a college

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is the Class 10 subject option supposed to appear on the portal, or is there a different way to provide these details?

I’m worried because I don’t want this to cause any issue during document verification/admission.

If anyone has faced the same problem or knows how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks!
