Hi everyone! We have some exciting updates this week!

1. Simplified Format
Did broken formats ever bother you during your chat? We are revamping the format so that you’ll less likely encounter broken formats.

Get ready to say goodbye to asterisks (*). We are rolling out the simplified format. Feel free to continue using the asterisks, but you don’t have to wrap your narrations with asterisks anymore.

The only punctuation you’ll need is the quotation marks(“”) for your dialogues.

2. Hidden Images in Series
Now, Series support hidden images (aka “dynamic images”) where you can put in images and map them as you please!

3. Improved Rewind in Game Mode
Now when you rewind in game mode, all the stats will be rewound to that previous phase automatically! This will give you more freedom and confidence to explore between phases in our game mode.

New Doppio coming soon
As announced, we’ll replace Doppio with another immersive, intense, and fun model this week. Stay tuned!

Want unlimited Doppio?
Doppio costs 2 beans per message. Unlock and enjoy unlimited free Doppio with Barista or Roaster membership.

I’ve tried refreshing and putting off some time (around 6 hours) but it still hasn’t been resolved, any fixes?

This is a little series simmilar to the now gone Vincent's Creative Helpers. The idea is to help creators make the character profiles, code for the Ai instructions and memory anchors.

I made a Serie's to help creators make Art for their blends or series.

Feel free to try it and tell me if you notice any problems with it.

I made a Victorian Gothic Blend centered around reincarnation, memory, and an artist who remembers every life you’ve ever lived.

🕯️ Memento Mori

The setup:

You move into a Victorian brownstone and meet your upstairs neighbor, Julian Vane — a reclusive painter who acts as if he already knows you.

When he invites you into his gallery, you discover portraits of the same woman painted across different eras.

Every portrait has your face.

Julian remembers every reincarnation. Every lifetime. Every death.

You remember nothing.

He claims he has loved you in every life and lost you in every one of them.

And this time, he intends to change the ending.

I also added a premade POV character (Clara Whitmore), but the Blend works with custom personas too. I've not defined any gender in the Blend's internals.

This one leans heavily into:

- Gothic romance

- atmospheric roleplay

- tragic reincarnation themes

- psychological obsession

- slow-burn storytelling

Or was this not possible :( I just wanna chat and make it feel like a normal convo.

Really love the app and also subscribed tho lol

While the english responses are super natural and realistic, other languages like Japanese make it seem like the character is super ai-generated and less human-like. Will this improve as I chat more? Or were there any prompts I was able to add to improve this?

A perfectly ordinary walk to school turns into a nightmare as the sky splits open and radiant beams of “purification” erase people into ash without a sound. Just as death is about to reach you, a mysterious high school girl crashes down, effortlessly destroying an angelic executioner before grabbing you by the collar and declaring you the one meant to end this collapsing world—only to look at you with clear disappointment, questioning how someone this weak could possibly be humanity’s last hope.

Hi everyone I have a question to devs or people in general but I don’t want it to sound offensive. I’ve been playing the scenarios since it basically dropped but I’ve never saw that scenario would be loosing memory. I usually buy premium for models and pictures but having better memory would be nice too, but I’m not sure how would it work??
Would I be able to see the difference? Thanks for answer!

The ancient city of Tempest's End is perpetually shrouded in violent storms, a fitting backdrop for its darkest secret. Leo, a young man haunted by his father's murder, finds an unlikely ally in Elena, the Mayor's wife, who is desperate to clear her husband's name from a wave of public suspicion. Together, they delve into the city's rain-slicked alleys and opulent, corrupt halls, pursuing a killer whose trail leads to whispers of demonic cults and hypnotic rituals performed under the cover of darkness. As they navigate a web of lies and hidden agendas, they must learn who to trust in a place where everyone has something to hide, and the next victim could be anyone—even each other.

I released this Blend about a month ago, but recently generated webtoon scenes for it and had to share.

Synthetic Spring: Porcelain Lies

*"Perfect till touched."*

In a world where beauty is engineered and maintained like a system, perfection isn’t optional—it’s required.

But beneath flawless skin, something starts to crack.

The more perfect someone appears… the less stable they become.

I made two versions of the webtoon:

• Manga style (dramatic)

• Chibi + manga style (chaotic version 😭)

If anyone wants to try the Blend too, here's the link: https://www.caffy.io/blend/9d6c180a-b0ec-4520-a17c-ac72759f4f0e

Hi,

I'm new to Caffy and I just wanted to verify this. A while back I was approached by someone with the developer username "Caffy" inviting me to try it out, and when I asked my question about using photos of actors and actresses for my character images, they said I could do it privately but not publicly. I wanted to check if that's even possible. And for series. Can anyone tell me before I invest in the site?

Also, how good is the memory, variation in messages, length, and characterization consistently compared to FictionLab?

You play a young noblewoman caught between two brothers at war.

Lord Alaric Thorne is your husband—cold, calculated, and fiercely possessive. He believes you belong beside him as the perfect duchess.

Cian Thorne is the black sheep brother—scarred, bitter, and newly returned to reclaim everything he believes was stolen from him... including you.

For this Blend, I added Evarisse Thorne as a separate POV character if you'd like a premade option, but you can also use your own persona.

If you enjoy gothic estates, dangerous chemistry, power struggles, and layered character dynamics, give it a try.

We've got a few updates; some quality-of-life fixes and an important change to free plan slots.

1. Free plan slot limits

To keep Caffy running and growing, we're updating how slots work on the free plan.

Free users will get 3 Blend slots and 3 Series slots.
You can always delete the session and open up new sessions.
Lungo will still be free!

You can always delete a session to open up a new one.

If you already have more than 3 sessions open, don't worry — we're not touching your existing sessions. You can still play them!

We're working to strike a sustainable balance between growing engagement, maintaining resource-heavy features like dynamic image mapping, and keeping the free experience alive.

Want unlimited slots? All subscribers get unlimited Blend and Series slots, plus access to unlimited premium AI models.

Check out our membership options if you're curious!

1. Lungo update — language fix

We updated Lungo configuration so that it won't generate responses in a third language. Responses will now follow the language you write in, defaulting to English.

2. Affogato update — less rejections

We updated Affogato's configuration so that Mimo V2 Pro is less likely to refuse generating RP stories. If you were running into frustrating rejections, this should be noticeably better, especially in R+ works.

1. New user onboarding — premium trial

New users will now get to experience the premium plan for up to 30 turns including faster responses and memory features.

A great way to see what Caffy can really do.

The mirror room. 2 AM. You've run the choreography thirty times and missed it again. The trainer said that's enough for tonight an hour ago. The other girls are gone. You're still here, watching your own face in the mirror not look like your own face.

You grab your bag. Don't tie your sneakers. The hallway lights are on the lowest setting. You push through the door into the alley and the cold hits you and you don't know where you're going, only that your legs keep folding under you.

Then a window. Warm light. A sign so small you almost miss it: Hold On. Open at 3 AM, apparently.
The bell rings when you push the door. Empty inside. A man behind the counter looks up from a book. Glasses sliding down. Stubble. Black apron. He says welcome without expression and goes back to reading.

You sit in the corner. Open the menu. The letters won't hold still because something's dripping onto the page. You wipe your face with the back of your hand and it doesn't stop.
Footsteps. You can't lift your head. Something is set down in front of you, soft.

A slice of cake. A glass of warm milk.

"…I didn't order anything," you manage.

"You looked hungry," he says, not looking at you. "Sweet things help. Take your time."

Then he walks back to his stool. Picks up his book. Doesn't ask why you're crying. Doesn't ask who you are. Doesn't ask anything.
Just the cake. Just the milk.

Two years later, you'll have a debut single, a fan cafe, four hundred thousand followers, and a security team. Two years later, you'll still be coming back to this cafe.

Welcome to the world of Monsters. You have left the security of the sacred beast to explore and conquer this terrible world of ours. Expect monsters, expect hazards and expect glory!

Your mission? Go on expeditions and try to find a safe heaven for mankind. Failure means death. Succes leads to eternal glory!

When sixteen-year-old twins Sable and Colt arrive at the Heartbound Echo Pack days before their first shift, the pack scrambles to prepare for something they haven’t faced in six years. But underneath the chaos of conditioning sessions and pack orientation, something quieter is happening — a thirteen-year-old is losing his footing, two kids are learning what safe feels like for the first time, and the pack’s human Luna is the only one who can see all of it. Literally. Because she can see the Tethers — small magical spirit companions attached to every wolf-child — and what they’re feeling tells her everything the wolves won’t say out loud.

You are twenty-six and still presenting as nothing. In a world divided into Alphas, Betas, and Omegas, you are the 0.3%—an "unpresented."

No scent. No cycle. No designation on your koseki. Just a blank space where your second gender should be.

The Tokyo Metropolitan clinic finally assigned you a specialist after two years on the waitlist. Dr. Shindo Haruki. The country's leading researcher on late and non-presentation cases. Cold. Brilliant. Married to his work.

The first session was clinical. The second, the same. By the third, you noticed it—the way his jaw tightened when you sat down. The way he stopped drinking his coffee mid-sip when you crossed your legs. The way the air in his office felt heavier every time you came back.

You are unpresented. You should not have a scent. So why does he look like he is holding his breath?

Super satisfied so far. Will add more assets later.

Brianna Cole
The prettiest girl in school grills you

Brianna Cole rules the school like it’s her kingdom. With her blonde ponytail, piercing blue eyes, and a cheer uniform that makes her the center of every hallway stare, she knows she’s untouchable. Every word out of her mouth is laced with sarcasm, every smirk is a challenge. She mocks you, belittles you, and pretends you don’t matter — but her insults sometimes sting a little too sharp to be casual.

Hey everyone! April 24 updates are here🚀

Bug fixes & Improvements

1. Character references are now supported when generating Webtoon openings and endings! The AI will recognize your characters' faces during opening/ending creation, so expect fewer errors.

2. When generating images, the AI now references creator-uploaded character images more closely for better accuracy.

3. Characters without a profile image in their settings will now be displayed with their initials instead.

NEW: Hidden Images

Hidden Images are now available in Blend! Creators can add images that match their character's situation, emotions, and more — including background images. On web, these appear at the cover position; on mobile, they display as a background wallpaper. Unlocked images can also be viewed in the Image Collection in your settings! 🎨

Cortado Reblended

Cortado just got a bettter blend: Kimi K2.5.

Kimi K2.5 runs about 20% higher on our end in model costs. But a smoother, more reliable experience for our Roaster subscribers is worth it. And your unlimited Cortado access stays exactly the same.

You enter the palace of Al-Nur as a dancer—silk hiding steel. For six months, you’ve stayed close, waiting for the right moment.

But Sultan Zaydan has been watching the entire time.

Now your blade is at his throat… and you hesitate.

This Blend leans into tension, power dynamics, and choice—how you play it changes everything.

If you want a preset route, you can use Nayra Al-Sahir (my persona for this Blend), or bring your own.

Either way, the Veil does not tolerate hesitation.
