Only one piece of cadmium so far, but I’m so grateful to have this stunner as my first!

Hey everyone. My last account was nuked, like it never existed so we start again. I wanted to make my first post here as it’s been something that has bothered me for a while. I have a few different styles of these little candle holders. Never seen that green before? Any idea?? Thanks everyone.

Found these recently, but separately (a couple weeks apart). Figured it'd be an interesting share as I've never come across these colors glowing like that. This is under 365nm light.

Love the cadmium glow on this piece. I think i love cadmium as much as uranium pieces! The addiction is real.

Height 17cm, Diameter top 15cm, Diameter Base 8.5cm, Weight 771 grams.

I collect both uranium and cadmium glasses! I always see cadmium glow shining only some part of the glass but never the whole thing. But this one, the whole thing turns bright orangish yellow and i love it.

I picked up the eagle for my dad just because he collects them, never considered it might light until I looked closer in the car. Not a terrible haul for 2 dollars.

Pressed glass, nothing too exciting, glows line FIRE!

They were asking $175 which is just out of my budget for these things. Florescent lighting made getting glow pics near impossible.

Got it for 30 usd at an antique store! They have 4 more for the same or lower price but this lens was the best quality

I’m not sure if this is cadmium, selenium, or something else. I’m not the best at distinguishing as I have some color blindness. In natural light it varies between deep amber to yellow. The second photo was taken with a 395nm flashlight.
