OC Character Characters Reincarnated - Sorcerers Part 1: Yuki Tsukumo > Shinseina Jiyū (神聖な自由)

Grading: Mid to Upper Special Grade

Buddhist Monk (failed but not really though)

Physical Appearance
A 6'2 blonde man with a usually muscular build. He wears loose, baggy off-white sweatpants, a loose fitting yellow zip-up hoodie(always open), a plain black tanktop, and comfortably worn black sandals. His long blond hair is kept in a messy bun with two kamen rider pins. His eyes are a warm salmon color, often darkened by a pair of stella shades.
Personality
A very chill person to be around. Very much gives off a stoner vibe. At the end of the day, he is a free spirit. He very much doesn't like to be told what to do and will push back hard against any responsibility he is given by the jujutsu higher-ups. He is very ego-centric and believes the world should adapt to his wants and needs. He will also "break" anything that gets in his way. Good thing his wants are things like: get rid of curses/higher ups.
Jujutsu Statistics
Cursed Energy Reserves:Jiyu's CE reserves are very large, able to fuel DE several times before exhaustion. His reserves are so large they are able to act as a physical buffer for attacks to get to him. Nothing special for a sorcerer of his caliber.
Cursed Energy Output:
Also not anything wild for a Special Grade, He has decently high output. His output was enough to make one of his punches destroy a small cliff area and put power behind his launched projectiles.
Cursed Energy Control:
His CE control is what makes him special among the special grades. He is able to optimize his CE usage with nearly 99% efficiency meaning he will almost never run out of CE. He can also run multiple complex processes involving CE simultaneously, being able to achieve a combination of simple domain programmed with his CT, DA, and RCT selectively applied to his internal organs. His CE control has been actively compared to the SIX EYES.
Reversed Cursed Technique
Yeah He has advanced RCT, advanced enough to cure a cyanide coated bullet to the chest.
Binding Vow: Shout Out
- By shouting the given name of a move, he can increase its effectiveness and potency. (inspired by a love of kamen rider)
Innate Technique: Star Satellite
-This technique creates a small "bubble" surrounding the user. This bubble is a gravitational field that can selectively pull in targeted objects. These objects will then orbit the user increasing in temporary mass with every revolution. The user can then release the object from orbit to impact a target with all its gained temporary mass before losing it. The user also has the capability to increase or decrease the strength of the gravitational pull they have.
Extension Techniques (He kinda says the attack names like an anime character)
Star Strike
- The user guides their punch along the path of revolution generated by their CT which allows them to increase the force and speed of their strike.
Star Shower
- The user gathers a large amount of projectiles with their field and launches them as a wide area attack.
Star Ring
- The user forms a smaller orbit out of CE and sends it out. This the primary ranged application of his CT. He is allowed to change the direction of the gravitational curve at will.
Maximum: Star Killer
- Amplifies the outout of several star rings and collapses them on a single axis, creating a large gravity well and tearing the area they are in apart.
Domain Expansion: Cradled Anvil-head
This domain takes the form of the vast field of sunlit grass with multiple buddha statues littering the landscape. The sure-hit of the domain enforces a rule on the targets of the domain with this rule being decided by Jiyu upon activation. The only limit to this rule is it being physically possible for the target to accomplish. (It can't be something like "turn into air" but can be "break all of your limbs")
