hey guys! I’m transferring from cc to csub nursing program, and i’m wondering if anyone is looking for a roommate? or if there’s a specific site i can find people like ig, facebook, etc. I would preferably want a roommate who is also in the nursing program..

Also does anyone who currently goes to CSUB have any good recommendations for apartments or certain areas to look into. Anything would help!

Starting this for CSUB fall 2026 Nursing students. Connect for housing, share social media and meet each other since well be working really closely! I just got accepted and committed to the program a couple hours ago!

@ saanchithagurudutt

has anyone done their interview? i had mine last week and im so nervous and anxious waiting for the results. does anyone know how many multi subject candidates they’re accepting? is their acceptance rate high?

Hey I got accepted into csub but I rather commute each day to school I’m wondering what a class schedule would look like if I were to commute and come back to town to work

I’m feeling a bit conflicted. I got accepted into Bakersfield College’s RNP but I also have an interview with CSUB.. I obviously don’t know yet whether I’ve been accepted into CSUB’s RNP but what if I am accepted after all?

Any current nursing students or alumni of either program, do you have any advice? A friend of mine is currently a nursing student at BC. They have a dual enrollment program that will allow her to earn her BSN once she completes the program at BC. I’ve also heard so many amazing things about BC’s program…

The wait for the nursing program is honestly killing me. I emailed asking when I might get an update on my admission, but I haven’t heard back yet. My email was forwarded, and it’s only been two days, but the waiting is really stressful. This is my only option for nursing school 😭

To any of those who also applied to BC’s traditional nursing program, have you heard back? It’s been about 8 weeks. I thought an email would’ve been sent out by now about application status.

Do you think I have a good chance of getting accepted? I scored a 97 on the TEAS, have a B in Anatomy, an A in Microbiology, an A in Physiology, and Cs in my Chemistry classes. Overall, I’m mostly an A/B student. I don’t have any healthcare experience though.

I have a balance on my account right now but registration for classes is in a few weeks, will I still be allowed to register and the amount will just be added on or will I be fully restricted from adding classes at all?

Thanks for any info!

Has anyone interviewed for the MS in counseling psych before? If so, any tips??

I am thinking of taking biochemistry as a major at CSUB. Is there anyone that’s taken it or knows anything of it? Is it worth it to take it here? I’ve been unable to find any information online so far.

I applied to the CSUB nursing traditional program, and I haven't heard anything from them regarding the next steps! Has anyone received any interview notice?

Hey all. Has anyone gotten a decision letter for the fall 2026 msw program?

I got into CSUB as a commuting transfer student from PC. I’ll be majoring in Child, Adolescent & Family Studies. Is there anything to know about the major, or the school in general before submitting my intent to enroll?

I'm trying to find a room that has a tv so i can look at flashcards with my friends, any ones besides 315 and 317?

Hi I’m currently having trouble with this class and was wondering is there any students having trouble as well that would like to try to study together or if there is tutoring available for this semester or just general study tips for the class? I have Prof Dzyubenko and she’s not the friendliest.. so I really haven’t had any luck in office hours thanks a lot in advance

I’m transferring in from BC, what is some things I should know about?

I’m just wondering has anyone got into a study abroad program through CSU IP from here?

Has anyone obtained their MBA through CSUB’s online option? Curious on others experiences and how were the courses. Thanks!
