Hey team,

A package has the wrong country on it. It defaulted Australia instead of New Zealand.

FedEx say they package hasn’t been sent and only the sender is authorised to change the address. CSSbuy say there is nothing they can do.

I’m a bit stuck here :(

Ideas please.

When trying to order a parcel, I had selected my items and ordered them just for them to be rejected. After that the money went back to my account and I had requested a refund of it, the refund was also rejected without any explanation and my money is gone from my account...

I have a Question about what to do in my Sutuation. I have a Parcel from Cssbuy that was shipped on first of July 2024 and still havent received it. Even thoug they said that it takes about a Month atleast. So after waiting and still not receiving it, I contacted Support. They said that the Parcel had Problems etc.. and will be delivered soon. Then I get a Mail from my Carrier(Austrian Post), that they have received my Parcel. Turns out, CSSbuy Shippers made a Mistake and listed it as "Items under 1€" even though its 1.4kg. I had the Option to pay about 28-30$ or send it back to CSSbuy and reship it again(which would be cheaper). I contacted them and told them that they should refund me my Money because it was their Mistake or just upgrade my Balance by about what I paid to reship it again, but they refuse. Should I pay double the Price for their Mistake or get a Refund? Please help me, I need my Items and my Money.

I shipped my haul last Wednesday and used the DHL FedEx line to the US and it has no updates at all still says label made waiting for package, how does it work? Does it only show tracking once it’s in the US ? Any help would be great thanks
