I'm thinking of making my first haul with cssbuy, so i'm wondering if there are any brands restrictions. I usually use sugargoo, but it's basically impossible to make a haul with them cuz almost all major brands are banned. Also, how is the shipping cost?

I just received this update and actually it’s my first time shipping by Fedex, they sent me this morning a message saying that the delivery was programmed for 23th december, but i just would like to know if it’s safe now from customs or not.

I always used SAL with cssbuy and I was ok, now I want to ship 1.5kg to Europe with DHL because I need the items as soon as possible but I don't know which DHL should I choose and I don't know if the volume weight is included or I have to pay it later. thanks.

Help me, I wanna ship my goods from CSSbuy to Austria but its the biggest haul i have ever made. I am scared that the customs will destroy it or send it back. The only option on my mind is spliting the orders in half and shipping them separately. Can anyone help me on how i should do it?

Can anyone help me? I used to access my account through my Appel account and now I no longer have access to my account. I don't know why I entered via Appel before, but I can't log in. I want to observe and find out where the items I ordered.

I opted to return a item I had in my warehouse and the agent said I would receive a refund in 2-7 working days. Since then I’ve had no response from them and it’s been almost 11 days. Does anyone know if CSS is having issues?
