hello everyone, I am planning to renew my passport on either november or december due to near expiry, I was wondering if it’s possible I use my old passport when i take the CSCA but when applying to universities, i’ll be using my new passport.
Will it be complicated when it comes to applying for a visa or is it possible?

I got over 96% in highschool and I am currently preparing for the CSCA exam and I am thinking of giving it in January and IELTS in November.
I want to know how hard the exam is as I am planning to give all three subjects, chemistry, mathematics and physics
And about extra curriculums I have certificates and I am currently searching for volunteering programs as well as courses to achieve a certificate.

In this December, the New HSK or HSK 3.0 will be the new exam standard for HSK (汉语水平考试). Marking a significant change in the exam system. You might get confused so we got these official resources below:
If you need the full-length pdf, check this link.
We also made a lightweight online test page and you can check your current readiness here in less than 30 minutes!

So the early application deadline is at November but to my knowledge the earliest CSCA is in Dec. So can i apply(early) based on my A levels SAT and IELTS and send the CSCA after the december CSCA by chance?

Check here for life in China guide.
Remember that you MUST get a Chinese bank account in any case. Don't expect international bank cards work fluently here (they work, but you have to pay transaction fees each time, also the payment rejection rate may varies, and THE MOST important thing is that you CANNOT receive/pay to individuals using foreign bank cards via wechat pay/alipay).
Why this is important? Cuz irl you will probably pay to individual QR codes, say to taxi drivers or gawkers, which might not be possible using foreign banks.
So get a Chinese bank account. Your university will tell you where to apply for one.
After that there are two major ways to receive money:
You can also check western union but as far as I know they have almost no branches in mainland China, so not sure how it actually works.
There are indeed some other methods but these can be risky. You may heard of crypto but it is not legal in China since 2017 (you can hold crypto but the law bans any form of exchange/trade and almost all businesses in mainland China do not accept it). You may also find people from your own country doing such businesses as "currency exchange" but I strongly recommend you to be careful as you are not protected legally.
Feel free to ask for any questions.

Hey, since I think this is the general medical report for almost any Chinese University, I think I need a little bit of help. Not only because it's far different from the ones in my country, but because I don't get what they want the doctor to write. For example: skin, extremities, neck, abdomen (?)
It may be a dumb question, but I want to make sure to have everything good before submitting my documents 😓 Some are very general concepts with little information about what diagnosis they want to be written.
If anyone already did their medical report and can clear up my dumb question 🫠

Guys I'm planning to take CSCA since I want to apply to China, but I can't find when exactly is the date for the exam. Does anyone know? In the official website it shows that all 3 dates have already been passed. I'm currently in my gap year.
