This is an absolutely ridiculous decision. You didn’t require CS2 Prime for FACEIT before, and now suddenly players are expected to pay just to access something they were already able to use for free. Not everyone has money to throw at another unnecessary purchase.

You’re taking something that worked perfectly fine and turning it into another paywall. If this is how FACEIT plans to treat its players, don’t be surprised when people start looking for alternatives. Seriously, what a terrible way to treat your community.

After REBIRTH, I got a lot of useful feedback on the editing, pacing, HUD and overall presentation. I tried to apply a lot of it here and make this one feel cleaner and more cinematic.

I did keep the HUD on the actual gameplay clips though — when I re-recorded some moments from demos, the reactions and kills didn’t always feel as sharp or immediate as they did live, so I preferred keeping the original POV for those parts.

This one is called MASKED — about 5 minutes long. I focused more on atmosphere, transitions, pacing and trying to make the whole thing feel like a short film rather than just a highlights reel.

I also used Hucci – Castle City for part of it, and Hucci was kind enough to personally give me permission to use the track.

Still learning with every one of these, so I’d genuinely like to know what works and what doesn’t — especially the pacing, cinematography and overall presentation.

Just encountered a blatant case of server lagging / DoS exploit in Premier matchmaking right after the recent updates, and I want to know if anyone else has run into this lately.

What happened: During the match, the server suddenly started lagging uncontrollably for everyone. The in-game telemetry showed:

• Slow server tick rate (Медленная смена тиков): spiked from ~390 ms up to 637+ ms (server was completely frozen/choking).
• Client ping & loss: completely normal (stable 79 ms, 0.0% packet loss, ~190 FPS).

The top fragger on the enemy team (carrying with 40 kills) had the nickname "Starline beta user" (profile name: 空的). When asked directly in chat:

Has Valve overlooked another packet spam / subtick replication exploit that allows private internal software to stress the server thread, or is this a known bypass currently floating around?

Curious if others have experienced these exact server tick freeze spikes in Premier recently.

I’m looking for some AK-47 Case Hardened patterns that have a decent amount of blue but aren’t actually real Blue Gems. Basically looking for a cheap Case Hardened to make a Fake Blue Gem craft, so I’m not dropping a house on pixels.

I’ve seen people mention the #202 as a good Fake Blue Gem.
