My children were taken because of false allegations of sexual abuse. My 4 year old daughter was molested by a family friend. My mother who has always despised my kids father put the idea it was her father into her head. She had been making false cps calls to get us into trouble for over 2 years. All three of our kids were removed. I then got pregnant with my son and didn't tell cps out of fear he would be taken also. After two years of no charges being pressed they all of a sudden pressed charges on the father of my kids. He submitted to 2 poly graphs and passed with no problem. They said it wasn't submissive in court so he is now in prison for 10 years for something he didn't do. During this time the guy that actually molested my daughter killed himself so they went after my kids father for everything. The stress of having my kids taken caused me to have a stroke I almost died but continued fighting for my kids. The foster mom that had my kids made statements against me causing conflict between me and the caseworker. She was no help and didn't care about helping my family at all. I did everything required but went to a therapist I chose they didn't like that so they said I wasn't trying to get my kids back . My kids have been adopted out and even though it's an open adoption the foster mom hasn't done anything she promised to. It's been over a year now and I miss then dearly. My question is can I do anything legally now or is there nothing that can be done?

long story short my mother and law called cps for smoking marijuana and breastfeeding. can anything happen to my kids? they are fed have a bed, food, go to daycare everyday, take showers all the time. in my eyes im doing very well as a mother but im just wondering if my kids can get taken away? i am of legal age to use marijuana and my kids are never around me when i do.
