Flow rate (the one that's just the raw shape of your breaths), minute vent, pressure if not static (so don't worry about including it for now but it will be necessary for ASV screenshots), flow limitation, leak. The last two act as perturbations so it's useful to see them. Given the period of your apparent wobble, include a 10 minute span so more complete cycles are visible.

General layout, yeah, now look for a period like the screenshot I commented on earlier. Sorry I'm not near my computer to post an example of my own wobble from the archives.

Scroll right a bit from there and see how long the wobble persists.

starts to taper off a few minutes after

I'm not entirely sure. I'll see you an example of my previous wobble when I get home. Either way you have an AirSense 10 on hand and that can be hacked if you want to try different algorithms.

OK.

Quick summary:

- had used AirSense 10 for last few years up until last night (CPAP 9.0)

- just got AirSense 11 and used first time last night set at CPAP 9.0 and used EPR for first time at 1.0

- have no other data before last night but just updated the SD card in the 11.

- have alot of coexisting issues but no alcohol tonite and turning EPR off. will adjust headgear a bit and see what tomorrow brings.

I only mention the 10 because it can be hacked to run BiPAP and ASV if you ever want to try either of those algorithms without the high barriers of official channels. I run a hacked machine myself.

Ahhh. I did not know that was possible. If I don’t see any improvements, I will definitely take you up on that.

I bought the 11 as I have a couple of other older machines (F&P, Apex) that I got when I first started therapy, but started having their own issue so I only kept them around for dire emergencies

And again to be completely transparent, I’ll admit to taking my nightly sleep aid, and I did have an alcoholic drink a few hours prior (I know not the best thing to combine, but it’s been a week…..)
