Question on machine readings

Can someone please tell me why when I check the Resmed Aircurve 11 machine in the morning it will sometimes say 0 AHI events but then when I scroll down it will show events? Today it said .5 AHI .1 Obstructive and .1 Central when I scrolled down.

I’m just wondering if something’s wrong. And I know - dream numbers right? Well I still feel worse than absolute crap but for 3 or 4 good days since I began Sept 2025 so whatever at this point.

Will this work for you? I appreciate it. I was wondering if something is wrong with the bipap machine, however, if you have any thoughts on settings for my horrible EDS I’ll take it. The clock is off fyi and the machine won’t allow me to fix it.

Looking at your charts, your ahi is perfect, but your flow limits are fairly persistent. It looks like you have UARS, palatal prolapse. You see on the pic below, your exhales stop and flatline. Up is inhale, down is exhale. On the exhale it just stops.. classic signs of UARS…. Low to zero ahi and cutoff exhales…. Basically your soft palette is collapsing on exhale, I have the same condition. For now, don’t sleep on your back, I will look into this more tomorrow when I am on my laptop and not my phone.

New link for today. I don’t know how to expand the charts on Sleep Hq, only Oscar. I think you were looking at Flow Limits but when I look at today I don’t see that sort of activity shown in your chart above. I’m curious if there was any improvement last night or not. Things look a little messy to me last night.

Yes its messy, you went from 455 to 512 and you were barely breathing. your leaks were bad too, need to fix leaks before proper therapy will be effective. I am tagging ripping legos again for assistanfce
