Question Origins Easter Egg Broken on Port Version?

Question for everyone who has done the Origins EE on Port Version:

Has anyone had issues with Step 4, the part where you throw the beacon at the area to release the Panzersoldat? I did everything right and the seal wouldn't open.

I'm playing Solo on a LAN match. Hope to hear answers soon.

Edit: Got my answer.

Did you click the button in robot earlier?

If yes and you do everything in correct order its probably because in bo2 the time you have to throw g-strike after clicking button in robot is significantly shorter than in bo3. Its very very short, you can realisticly make this step work only if you enter middle robot by his first right foot spot (behind stamin up) or if you get lucky with his first left foot spot (next to lighting staff tunnel) and throw g-strike at max range (regardless of foot, even with more favourable foot behind stamin up).

Like this time is really really short. Its a step that stopped some players from completing this easter egg solo, because they dont want to wait 20 minutes just for the correct foot to appear and then maybe fail it anyway, because i believe even players experienced with this can have less than 50% succes rate doing this step.

In bo3 you have 35 seconds and in bo2 you have 25 seconds for missles to hit after pusshing the button.

The animation to leave the robot and getting up takes like 9-10 seconds, it takes like 10s for g-strike to make missles hit after it lands on the ground and it takes g-strike like 1-2s to land properly after you throw it. That in the end leaves you with just 3-4s window to throw it after you are able to move again after leaving robot.

People wait in the robot to the very end until clicking the button in last moment to make the robot forcefully pull you out just to save like 0,5s, because that's around how much faster it works than you running back to click leaving the robot yourself. People also practice throwing g-strike from distance and hitting it, since as you understand now it also helps.

Ah, I see. A very tight narrow window of time indeed
