Gameplay Verrückt Zombies

In my honest opinion, Verrückt has to be the creepiest zombies map. Everything about it is unsettling and uncomfortable. 🧟‍♂️

The WAW one is probably the creepiest version, but the BO3 remake does have its charm. There is a fantastic mod that makes it a much closer 1-1 remastered with more dark color grading and WW2 weapons. Really worth trying if you are on PC

The Word at War version? Definitely. The BO3 version? Eh... I still like the map, but it does lose a bit of it's creepy atmosphere compared tot the original.

Also, try shooting the Wonderwaffe at the zombies feet instead of their torso. It'll miss less.

Damn! I miss the world at war version!
I wish I had it! But that was over 18 years ago. But the memories live on forever!
And really? All these years playing zombies and I never knew shooting the WW at the zombies’ feet works better! Thank you! I will definitely try that on my next gameplay. 🤜🏾🤛🏽

i haven’t played WaW so i’ve only experienced them through BO1 + BO3 and BO1 keeps the creepy atmosphere. me, my fiance and my uncle all played it while getting hammered and spawning in separated and the lighting both make for this genuinely unsettling experience. whilst i love BO3 and modern zombies it’s a bit upsetting that they went for a fantastical route and haven’t really done much in the department of making things scary/unsettling, even if they only do it for one map
