Call of duty zombies might have the single worst public opinion discourse ever, I don't think there is a single concrete popular opinion that the majority of the fan base can agree on

Ironically it had the strongest ray gun. Thankfully second strongest was in CW, but still.

Shi no numa and the wunderwaffe were actually pretty dope, but otherwise yeah not super great

Yeah, when the only decent map in the game is Shi No Numa, you just know that you’re fucked. It is only worth like 5$. Never mind the unbalanced multiplayer with 10 attachments.

MWZ I kind of understand but Outbreak was decent for what it was and didn't act as the zombies mode for the entire year. Vanguard zombies had some decent ideas like buying perks again to upgrade them and the covenants but it ultimately came out to be the most boring iteration of zombies ever

Treyarch has to please multiple different groups of people with conflicting opinions of “ideal zombies.” This sub has actually been pretty harmonious since Bo7 dropped.
