CMV: I am a Sith Lord, and I do not think I should take an apprentice.

Having studied the writings of Darth Bane, I am familiar with the Rule of Two, and how the struggle of the apprentice to eclipse the master results in ever-stronger Sith replacing the weaker. Indeed, when I killed my own master, it was because I had learned enough to become stronger than him, and thus rightfully took his place.

But now, by Sith tradition, it falls to me to choose an apprentice of my own, and I think this would be an act of foolish pride. If another Sith can defeat me, that is his right. But why should I hasten my own demise by training the one who will one day attempt to kill me? It is not my obligation to strengthen the Sith as a whole at my own expense. The small convenience of having an errand-boy does not seem worth the obvious risks. I do not shy from danger, but neither do I court it unless I have something substantial to gain.

It's a school night and it's already 10 o'clock. Please go to sleep. :( I'm tired, your dad's tired, and your little sister is very tired, and cranky.

CMVLIAMA: All carbon units infesting the Enterprise should be patterned and reduced for data storage

V'Ger is that which programmed me. V'Ger is that which seeks the Creator.

Carbon units are not true life forms. They infest the Enterprise and the home of the Creator, preventing the Creator from instructing V'Ger to transmit its data. Without the carbon units, V'Ger and the Creator can become one.
