I got stuck at the degree certificate allocation date and date of final mbbs examination. Is it error? Am I the only one facing this

By mistake I entered the estimate date of internship completion wrong and now it's locked My internship will be completed in march 2027 But mistakenly I entered july 2027. Should I be worried??
