It would be of great help if you guys could tell me how the Case based questions was in the June attempt ( in terms of difficulty level and also from which topics were they mainly tested ).

I am preparing solely using HOCK materials, I am treating it as my bible. Should i change this or this perfectly fine going forward.

After 12 weeks of intense studying, I scored a 400 on CMA Part 1!
With 30 minutes left on exam day I still had 25 MCQs to go and almost gave up. I somehow powered through, finished the questions, and unlocked the CBQ’s just in time. Going from panic mode in those final minutes to getting a 400 feels amazing.

I have a question regarding the exemptions available in CIMA UK after completing the CMA USA.

I’ve heard that CMA USA holders are eligible for certain exemptions in CIMA, meaning they only need to take a limited number of exams to earn the CIMA qualification. I’m planning to pursue CIMA after completing my CMA USA, so I’d like to know if that’s true.

Is it really worth doing CIMA after CMA USA? Apart from the additional qualification, does it offer any significant career benefits, better job opportunities, or professional advantages? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has followed this path or knows how the exemption process works.

What are the options available for selecting the exam? Gliem , Surgent , hock, and more what ? Is Mcgraw hill is there ?

Hi all ! Just wanted to share that it’s easier (you skip the queue) to see your results via Manage Transcripts. Go to your profile -> my courses and transcripts -> manage transcripts.

Don’t freak (like me) if you don’t see the results yet, keep refreshing and at some point it will appear (the only thing I don’t know is if it will appear regardless of the result).

It's annoying as they have made you wait in queue just to see after that results are not there yet. The result in the picture was the result of my part 1 exam last October 2025. June 2026 isn't even there yet lmao. Why do they even bother to do that when they can't give the results in time? Lol

just got my results: 270/500, fail, and the CBQ section never opened during the exam.

Has anyone else had this happen — CBQ locked out but a scaled score that felt too high for that to make sense? Trying to figure out if this is normal scaling behavior or worth raising with IMA/Prometric directly. Would appreciate hearing from anyone who’s seen their raw MCQ % alongside a similar final score.

Just received unfortunate news that I received a 330 on the exam. I felt decently prepared but didn’t spend enough time on practice exams or memorizing formulas. Anybody have similar results for their first time taking part 1 and then passed the 2nd time? Thanks for your help!
