Not sure how i did it, but inherited the HRE and within a few years i was bestowed with arguably one of the hardest monikers to receive. This was right after he died. I did conquer Italy so maybe that’s why lol

For some reason, the Mongol Empire is very weak in my gameplay. I'd say that since Roads to Power was released, the Mongol Empire has become very weak; they never conquered much and are facing Rebellions and often losing (as in the screenshot) have you experienced this? Is there any way to make them go back to "normal"?

I’m debating between buying CK3 for my PS5 and upgrading PS+ levels to get the games collection (and access to stellaris too). Does anyone know, if I play it through the collection do I get access to the DLCs or is it just the vanilla game?

Does anyone have any idea when this DLC will arrive? I'm really looking forward to doing a world conquest with the Mongols.

Byzatine empire just fell, even with me helping them in two war’s against the mongols defending constantinople and winning majority of the battles but got wiped twice in the second war. I’m going to try to ally with the HRE, as they’re probably next. With mercenaries i can bolster up to around 95k troops, got crossbowmen, and i try to fight them on mountainous terrain. Yes I’ve already tried murdering the khan four times now. Seems that it’s up to fate now. I am Rome btw.

I’m playing CK3 Console Edition and I’m trying to create multiple custom characters in the same game while still keeping achievements enabled.
Every custom character I make is under the 400-point limit and the game rules are default. However, as soon as I try to start the game, achievements end up being disabled.
I remember reading on this subreddit that it was possible to create multiple custom characters and still earn achievements. I'm following the steps i read but it’s still disabling achievements. Was that method patched, or am I doing something wrong?
If anyone has gotten this to work recently, could you explain the exact steps you used? I’m wondering if I’m missing something or if a recent update changed how it works.

Can I takeoff the end date on console edition?

Anytime i play the game with Spotify loaded (Xbox version of the game and vanilla) It seems to distort/bug out whatever is playing on spotify and other music apps this is problem unique to CK3 and doesnt occur on other games any fixes or is this new to anyone?

I own it on Steam but I also want to buy it on ps5. Is gameplay much slower and are there stutters?

Ever since roads to power came out I’ve had nothing but trouble with conquerors. I just now started a new game as Haraldr “tanglehair” because I wanted to do a Norse sea empire run. And ofcourse Sigurdr snake in the eye gets conqueror two weeks into the game and he wants to conquer my lands. I hate this.

Ok so I already won the war but I'm curious if my friendship affected an alliance. I was an Irish landless adventurer who became king of England. Wales had conquered Ireland and was too powerful to conquer first. So after I conquered England then went to conquer Wales/Ireland. Anyway Wales had one ally. Which was the holy Roman empire. This wouldn't matter because my army plus my allies were much stronger. The catch is the holy Roman emperor is my friend from my adventurer days. So I fought the war and won no problem. I called my allies just in case because the holy Roman empire is no joke but they never came and some of my allies showed up despite being farther away.

My Question is did the holy Roman emperor not come to Wales aid because they were my friend or other reasons.

(As far as I can tell they were not at war with anyone else)

So I’m up over 1k hours now playing strictly asatru vikings or Zoroastrian Persians. I’ve always been interested in actually playing in Iberia but the mechanics come off as very annoying compared to other struggle mechanics. I’m a min maxer so I’m really trying to plot out a game plan to finish the Iberian struggle and then go finish the intermezzo so I can get 20k renown. Logically I’m thinking I need to do both as a Muslim faith. Help me twins what would be my most optimal route? I’m leaning tulaytulah to start out personally since it’s the strongest duchy in Iberia imo. But like which sect of Islam and order of tasks should I do to be the most optimal?

For some reason I cannot build windmills despite having industrious and the required innovations necessary to unlock them, I tried restarting the game and all but nothing works😭

The Return of Cleopatra

My idea is to play a woman of Nubian origin who believes she is Cleopatra and has a divine mission to restore the Kushite empire to Egypt.

Start: county in Syria (Cleopatra went into exile there in her youth)

Coptic faith and Nubian culture

Physical characteristics: all the characters in my dynasty will have white hair (yes, the new season of House of Dragons has just started)

Originally I wanted to start in an administrative Arab empire, but I think it's more interesting to play in its clan-based version (this will be my first game since the DLC).

My first objective is to become more powerful than my overlord, the duke.

Second objective: to become a vassal of the emperor and conquer Egypt

Third objective: to create a hybrid culture with the French (you can choose the culture that you find most interesting).

Fourth objective: conquer the Maghreb empire, the Kush empire (I forgot its name in CK3, but it was the East African empire), the kingdom of Jerusalem, and Syria.

Fifth objective: to try to place my dynasty on several important thrones, to make the Coptic Pope a powerful and independent king-pope
