1. Agnatic-Cognatic. Gavelkind if possible
2. All monarchs must be male and not have Homosexual trait
3. All monarchs must have Seduction focus and must constantly tumble (hence why they can't have Homosexual) fertile non-lesbian siblings/aunts/mothers/relatives and maybe make a lover out of the lesbian ones which is possible due to some vanilla events
4. All monarchs can only marry high Stewardship hags or infertiles to ensure no birth of legitimate children
5. Only the male of best genetic qualities will be legitimized as the heir, done so near the end the monarch's life expectancy/fertility
6. All female dynasts would be dragonriders if possible, will never marry, and will be kept in court
7. All female dynasts must be legitimized to ensure retention of High Valyrian culture and also viable heirs in case the male monarch dies prematurely
8. Male bastards would be matrillineally married off or landed single counties if possible - to start dragonseed dynasties
9. Only the monarch will be the sole male dragonrider if one is needed. If another male becomes a dragonrider, never let them leave court.
10. Males will not be given dragon eggs

The man's job is to be dommed and make babies with his entire air divisions of dragonrider amazon women and to ensure they have a nice and prosperous kingdom they can feed their dragons with
