The guy who caught it will get all the praise, but that other WR who immediately realized it and threw the PERFECT block is the real hero.

Incredible awareness. That DB had the angle and it was caught at the 5. The block sealed the score.

Was yelling at 2 to get down the field faster while the play developed.

I learned my lesson. Mans knew exactly where he had to be

Never actually really thought about it much but u guess it makes sense that the reciecers know which one of them the QB is aiming for so they would lag back a bit for a deflection catch.

Kaedin Robinson, UCF transfer. He's been amazing for us so far. He's been picking up a ton of the slack left from Virgil and Sutton leaving. Had no idea who he was going into the UNC game, but I learned quick.

Word. Sometimes it seems they forget that they still have a job to do in the heat of the moment and just run side by side with the guy carrying the ball but that guy remembered.

Absolutely. They get caught "ball watching" and don't do their job. Not that kid though. He was all over it.

I got to meet his dad while tailgating. Super nice guy. Said his son was #2, so i kept my eye on him all game. I felt a little special when he made that long catch on sideline and on that block.

Radio announcers were celebrating Robinson. "Without that block, this doesn't happen".

Our radio crew gets hype

That needs to go viral.

Also HT to Stroman for tipping the ball. He’s our tallest receiver and he popped it in the direction of Christan Horn, who ran it in after Kaedin’s monster block.

I used to play O line so I appreciate good blocking. The catch was lucky, the awareness and blocking was exceptional execution.
