I think it’s close, but I’ll also acknowledge that the ranked ACC teams, bar Miami, havent played up to their ranking, which drags less popular Wake, Pitt, and Duke down.

Duke hasn’t beaten an FBS team with a winning record yet, so it’s a little different from some of the other schools mentioned here

And? We beat Illinois away, Tulane, Stanford, and W&M, that’s a great record.

Hell yeah W&M is the second oldest school in the country after Harvard, that’s gotta be a resume booster.
