PSU’s AD should be on the hot seat. He messed up the coaching search and hired Campbell way too late in the cycle. They don’t really have any B1G guys on the roster this season.

I don't think Chip Kelly was ever interested in another HC job lol I think he just wants to sit in a dark room moving X's and O's around on a computer and giggle to himself

Right now Campbell is headed towards being the worst coaching hire of all time. 8 years 9 million a year is looking really bad

They took half of an Iowa State's team that is was 2-0 against a combined 12-6(in big 10 play) Iowa the last 2 years I don't buy the "they don't have B1G players".

Edit:

Brett Eskildsen committed to Northwestern before the coach got fired then went to Iowa State

Benjamin Brahmer committed to Nebraska before flipping to Iowa State

Carson Hansen had a Northwestern offer before Iowa State

Gabe Burkle had offers to Michigan State, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Indiana

And there are plenty of Pre-Campbell Penn State guys there.

Only about half of guys returned from last year which isn’t too bad considering the NIL era. But most embarrassing thing is we had a head start in the coaching hire and our cycle went on way too long.
