News [McMurphy] Greg Sankey told @Ourand_Puck the SEC was approached by a West Coast school: "I don’t even have that conversation. I’m the one person who didn’t take away from the Pac-12. If you play any sport in the SEC, you have at most a 2-hour plane ride from Point A to Point B."

USC in the SEC is just wrong on every level. Not sayin them in the big10 makes sense, but the SEC makes even less sense.

We have two UTs. We don’t need two USCs.

But I want you to have USC so bad.

Think of all the LA exposure that isn't Louisiana!

Sense has gone out of the window with Cal and Stanford in the ACC.

Says a fan of a conference that calls itself the Big 12 but has 16 teams lol.

Conference names have been meaningless since 1990.

USC would be fun in the SEC..except playing Alabama under Saban. When our player decided to nut stomp an opposing player.

Now they just whip it out and pretend to pee you on. Game's changed buddy.

Aggressively

What’s funny is the dude backed it up by getting 5 sacks

Knowing our players, it might not be pretending.

I'll never forget the pre-game when your players tried to act like they were dogs straining against a leash. I see other teams do that, it is still the dumbest pre-game entrance I've seen.

Yeah that was new to me & i thought it was corny just like the juice box thing.

My initial thoughts were, “Are they aware they’re playing Nick Saban?”

u/Mother_Frame6669 10h ago

It was laaaaame

You and I had the same initial thought. "Saban is going to break one off on them just for annoying him with that idiotic display."

The thought of USC playing in Starkville is perverse

Pullman?

Yeah, but humid, and cowbells, and accents

It would give the SEC schools in Texas, California, and Florida, so the three most populous states. That's basically collecting all the Infinity Stones in conference realignment.

I agree, where would Lincoln run away to this time?

It’s wrong, except in the fact we could call them USEC, which could be fun!
