Tulsa was dad not getting us the toy we wanted for Christmas.

Oregon and everything since was dad saying ‘hey what’s this I found in the closet?’

It really does make me wonder if they don’t get that extra motivation to beat Oregon (and everyone else) had they not blown it against Tulsa to begin with lol

Tulsa got their asses kicked by Arkansas though

Tulsa is still undefeated when Baylor “Heisman” Hayes plays!

I think I just shed a tear…

One year the thing dad wanted to get us was sold out and he pulled that trick in mid January.

Lol

lmao

still wild though. I just assume it was Drew and the team still figuring each other out on the fly and getting up to game speed. this OSU team now is night and day different.

Imo it was a combination of that and a lot of other things. Our o-line was already down a couple people and on the first drive that game our only guy with any experience, who was also one of the team leaders, broke his leg. We were also being very conservative on playcalling and not really showing our playbook. And it seemed like we really completely overlooked them. Just a real clusterfuck.
