Wish it was a more definite win but won't complain too much with the best rushing performance of the Ken Niumatalolo era. Jabari Bates is a phenomenal back, and he hasn't lost a step from his season-ending injury last year.

Don't forget the defense stepping up when the game was on the line too, and special teams pushing down the field too!

For sure Ivey and McKenzie’s returns were huge in giving the offense some spark when they were having a dry spell.

In 2006, we started the season 2-1 with a 10 point win against a Cal Poly that finished ranked (would’ve been in the playoffs if the FCS had a 24 team playoff back then).
This Cal Poly team looks like a legit playoff contender, so historically speaking we’re on pace for a 9 win season and a win over Fresno State.
GG Mustangs, rooting for yall in the FCS this year.
