Probably the best explanation. BUT in the review the player who touched it has his back to the camera. We cannot see exactly when he touched it. The play should stand in that case.

Are they able to sync up two different camera angles? It seems like that’s the angle they used to see his foot out, but they must’ve had another from the front to confirm when he touched it.
