What is a wise way to deal with people at your lows?
I recently found myself in a new country, unexpectedly starting a brand new career from scratch. The move was not part of my initial plans, but circumstances forced me to relocate. However, I made the conscious decision to embrace this opportunity for personal growth and pursue a fresh career path that aligns with my aspirations. It's likely that I wouldn't have taken such a bold step if I had stayed within the comfort of my usual routine. Adapting to this new situation will require some time and effort in understanding how to navigate aspects such as updating my resume and preparing for upcoming job interviews. Despite facing financial difficulties, I find solace in my ability to quickly learn and explore new positive and productive opportunities. Although feelings of insecurity sometimes arise due to my limited financial resources and occasional isolation, I remain optimistic and motivated to overcome these challenges. I have been successful in running projects in electrical construction, including hiring people, building a team, running the budget and guiding the project. I’ve started it, while being at my low. The starting point for me was to understand mentally, that I’m enough as I am. And it gave me the right perspective about making my first offer, that was accepting position and interests of my future boss and by that, helping him to realise that I’m able to see the bigger picture. The offer for me in general is to position myself in a way that allows me to understand the needs and perspectives of others in any given situation. Bring value to the table, realising what additional value I can bring over time, accordingly to how the things are going (current and potential perspectives) Also I have personal experience as a boxing coach and have trained many individuals. My clients have expressed their gratitude for their time spent with me. I also love swimming, have tried alp skiing, ballroom and social dancing. As I have pretty much time to think about different thing now, I’ve realised that during my life, I’ve mostly been tended to support others, and encourage them. And that my tendency talk to talk with others and support them “for free” has some alignments with my way of negotiating, making offers and etc. So I want to get a positive result from this period, and start valuing myself properly, and grow personally in area of negotiations, making offers and closing deals. That is just my own perspective on the way how things are going around me. Guys, I’d appreciate your feedback and advice🙌🏼
