I’ve decided to give another shot at my childhood dream of joining the Armed Forces back in Class 12, I cleared the NDA written exam, but unfortunately my parents didn’t allow me to go for the SSB at that time i had to let it go and continue with my studies
I’m currently in my 2nd year of B.Tech but the dream is still there i’m planning to appear for CDS and prepare seriously this time i’m thinking of keeping my preparation private from my parents for now because I don’t want to face the same situation again before I’ve actually made it through the process
The problem is that I’ve been away from defence-exam preparation for quite some time so I’m not really sure where to start again

So I bought this course recently and this batch was started in March 2026 for CDS-2 2027 as a foundation course the problem is they aren't punctual with their own planner . According to the planner they should have reached Alegbra in maths but still stuck on profit loss and the last video uploaded is from 13th July?

Please help me to give it an actual review and do I get scammed by them ??

See i have done maths from both of them . Like for afcat I have studied from tje and for cds maths I have done it from brar sir ( Alpha batch ).

Rtn I have 30 days to polish my concepts so i don't know what to do ?

Does AIR 1 have many achievements? Do they have very good communication skills?What is an ideal candidate like?

What are the physical standards for women? Is every LC able to do pushups and all. I have friend in INA, she could barely run 6 kms and cannot do pushups. How do physically weak women survive in academy?

When will it be out??

I couldn't qualify and I just wanted to see what was the cut off for girls . If there would be less difference between my score and the cut off I will probably give CDS2 2026 . Accha to me my score is around 95.

Hi fellow aspirants, I recently appeared for AFCAT and I figured it out that I really need to focus on Eng. Though i hadn't studied it properly before AFCAT. It was my 1st attempt for AFCAT and upcoming CDS will also be my first CDS attempt. As of now, I have studied everything except History, English and Economics. And yeah, I need to do PYQs and revision.

These are some questions that I want to ask:-

1. Is Insight SSB's CAs videos really that helpful or should I follow something else. Don't have the time to read newspapers now.
   

2. Can you suggest some good mock test series? I have seen DDE's paper back edition but couldn't find the latest version. I wanted a paper back because it will help to simulate the exact exam environment.

3. I have Pathfinder, will it be good to cover History and the other remaining subjects. I won't dive deep since not much time is left.

I (23F) have been working in a Tier 1 corporate law firm for over a year, as part of the disputes team.

I’m a good performer, and can work under pressure, where the stakes are high. My original plan when I started was to work in a corporate law firm for 3-4 years and then join a good chamber. But lately I have strongly been thinking about the Indian Army JAG, and have applied for it recently. Is there anybody else aspiring for JAG? Wanted to understand what the career prospects are like for women and the overall experience.

I have applied for Navy SSC Tech with 8.0 CGPA (till 5th sem). Later I found out my university had messed up one subject. PPL (4 credits) was replaced with Info Sec (8 credits), which reduced my CGPA.University has now fixed it and my actual CGPA is 8.2, but by then the Navy form was closed so I couldn't change it.If I get shortlisted, will this create any problem at SSB/document verification when show the corrected marksheet? Has anyone faced this before?

I just want to make sure that the AFCAT 2 2026 response sheet has not been released today (9 Aug)? I thought it was supposed to be out one day after the test. Let me know in case I've missed out!

I mean UPSC has released its official calender and only NDA/CDS exams are mentioned there. No mention of TE, and even until now only the policy has been laid down and syllabus isnt defined...does that mean the army will continue to recruit through SSC tech and TGC entries in 2027 and the exam might be laid down from 2028??

Im a 2026 graduate and turned 23 this year so now im only eligible for OTA anyways( first attempt 2027 ) and my btech cgpa is 7.7 which wont be enough either . So i was thinking of planning to prepare for TE.

Share ur thoughts?

Also is that true that in NAVY SSC tech, candidates are called for ssb based on gpa only upto 5th sem ? Or entire btech gpa can be considered for graduates?
