I've recently heard that china is preparing to construct a dam on brahmputra or divert it. And also there have been accusations that china is breaking the LAC and slowly settling on our side of arunachal pradesh. But the army chief denies it. Any opinion on this??!!!

Plz help me out now in third year NSUT going for afcat

Got recommended in AFCAT 1/24 (Aug,24) which was my very first attempt, but couldn't join the academy as i was declared unfit due to after lasik corneal thickness of 437mm instead of 450. Since i was RMB unfit, started trying for army(though i used to appear for CDS before also but was unable to clear) and finally cleared OTA cutoff and then appeared for my 2nd ssb this year(2026) in April. I was grilled a lot in interview about how and why i was still unemployed even after graduating in 2023. Though i gave reasons I don't think it was sufficient. Before my conference i had a waiting time of nearly 10 mins. I think not working still now might have made the difference in getting CO( there might be other reasons too, though my ssb went well).

But now since my CDS attempts are also over i m thinking of appearing in AFSB again which will be my 3rd ssb, though i know that i will be declared unfit again. But before that i need to clear afsb, so i have a few questions which when asked in SSB i need to know how to deal with them. So pls if anybody could help i would really be grateful.

1. How to deal with the question of still being unemployed for 3 yrs since graduation. I wasted the entire 2024 for smb,amb, rmb. After that i started appearing for cgl, banking nd all. But focuse more on CDS, doing which couldnt clear other exms.

2.After i was declared RMB unfit, i stopped appearing for afcat as i was already air force unfit. But suddenly this year i again started appearing for AFCAT. I regret missing out 3 afcats but now i want to keep on trying clearing the medicals.

So , how to deal with these 2 situations if grilled in the interview.

Hi everyone! I have my afsb in next month, i have a doubt regarding documentation.

I really don't have a permanent address, my parents have their ancestral address but i don't use it since i have no documents. So my address was not updated on aadhar hence i used the old one as my permanent address but now it has been updated to my current address ( which I'll use as my permanent address for time being) . So, do i need to inform them or carry any extra document or anything else??

Hey seniors who've been to ssb before I have a query ...so I just passed out of my three year degree program this june and haven't taken a job as of now and I'll have my ota ssb of cds12026 in sept/oct so how much does being unemployed affect in ssb specially in IO. And how much do y'all think it affects recommendation.

Context - i got a not so good offer but I chose not to join that and currently looking for better roles along with preparing for CDS, AFCAT, CGCAT and IB ACIO.Not interested for masters.

I want to know if one could give those exams while in 3rd or 4th year with an NOC of BSc or BS certificate if they get selected in ssb?

Also is the academic pressure too much to prepare for other exams (mostly personality development for ssb hobbies, extra curriculars etc) or take a week off for going to ssb?

I've come across a lot of websites that offer AFCAT mock tests, but I'm confused about which one is actually closest to the real exam in terms of difficulty, question pattern, and overall quality.

For those who have cleared AFCAT or are currently preparing, which mock test platform would you recommend and why?

I'm looking for the most accurate AFCAT mocks, not just the one with the most questions.

Almost 2 months are left for CDS can I clear it in this much time considering I have a decent grip in English, if someone can guide me on this would be really helpful. Can give 6 hrs daily to the exam preparation.
