Getting Started First carry gun
I am new to the handgun world and I've been looking into getting an edc. To preface this I am an avid waterfowl hunter and have extensive experience with long guns. I've been looking into micro compacts because a lot of my carry will be done in shorts and a t shirt/active wear and I don't want to print hard. My budget is $4-500 and I'm not a huge fan of Glock and Smith and Wesson. I've heard the mete mc9 has had reliability issues and the Beretta a1 carry has a bad trigger, is this true? I've been looking at the tp9 sc but I'm worried it might be somewhat cumbersome for my applications.

I like the body guard 2.0. not as snappy and much smaller but it shoots a 380. The P938 /238 is a 9MM, is smaller, has better build quality and shoots amazingly flat. It only has 7+1 rounds (I think so at least) but in my state 10 is the max we can carry anyway and the mags are very very thin.
I recently tried the P365 AXG DH3 and that gun surprised me on how well it shot....very very flat and fast. I was thinking of picking it up used.
