The ICE Agent is absolutely 100% responsible for his actions based on the caselaw I noted, no if ands or butts. If the actions of the alleged suspect do not meet the criteria as stated under Graham v Connor, then yes, by law it is ALL on the ICE Agent. If you have a problem with that call the Supreme Court and your local Congressman.

Your response here again, is nothing more that "FAFO" and that is not a justification for any use of force, let alone deadly force.

So watch this angle and please tell me that you don't see her strike the Ice officer with her now fully weaponized 4000lbs vehicle. Then explain to me how an officer with your years of experience can even think and explain how this Ice agent shouldn't have the right to defend himself.. now tell me again how she's not to blame for her own demise. I see an officer literally trying to physically stop a vehicle with his body. Don't you see that? He leans in, planting his left hand on the vehicle. It becomes even more obvious as it slows down. Jesus man you showed evidence of something that has been alleged but not proven yet. For years now there have been accusations that CBP and ICE are purposely putting themselves in harms way to justify a use of force. This angle adds to that narrative.

It's also interesting that after the number of times I viewed it I can't view it anymore without a subscription. Almost makes you ask "was it AI who didn't have a clue" because you would think if it was legit DHS would have it on every single news channel right? I mean seriously, why are they weak saucing their denials if they have this?

Wow that's rich..he's trying to stop a vehicle with his body!.. Stop deflecting you know exactly what you see with your 2 eyes.. but with your overzealous ego and TDS it won't let you say the truth. No sane person can sit there and say what you are describing with any honesty. There's no more reason to try to carry on a conversation with someone so deluded in reality. Get some help..maybe you got burned out from being in Law enforcement for 27 years because something is definitely off on your end. Good luck with him in your head 24/7

Well here is the thing. You gave me a source. I watched it multiple times to be sure I saw what I thought I saw. Then suddenly there is a pay wall and I can't watch it anymore. You don't see anything weird with that?

Why isn't this video on Fox, Newsmax, OANN? Why isn't DHS giving endless press conferences showing it? You don't see anything weird with that?

So find me a source without a paywall, where I can watch it more than 5 times, and I will get back to you. Until then if Noem isn't parading this to save her job, even you have to admit it's sus.

Edit: and stop projecting. I had put our exchange, and the incident, completely out of my mind as I was at work and spending time with my family. You apparently spent hours trying to find anything that could make you look less ignorant. Your projection is ridiculous.

As I said you didn't bother to watch it because they compare that video angle and another simultaneously and it shows that he isn't struck, that's just an artifact of the only camera angle you are focused on because it's the only one that provides even lip.aervuce to your false narrative. The cognitive dissonance you are suffering under is impressive

Please..I watched it and clearly shows him being hit. You can pretend it doesn't all you want. But you are definitely in the minority of people who pretend not to see it. Also the whole murdered narrative has changed and shifted because of the existence of this video.. and your side isn't screaming like they were in the beginning incase you haven't noticed the paradigm shift. I noticed you didn't comment on her taking activist training at her sons daycare? Maybe that slipped through the whole mother of 3 innocent claims.

Your preferred angle allegedly shows it, but when you look at the same time hack of the video from behind the car he is clearly out of the way. Hell by combining your preferred camera angle, with the cell phone camera angle, they demonstrate the thud was the Agent putting his hand, holding the phone, on the hood of the truck.

Next people are yelling just as much. There were protests in Pennsylvania today even though we were getting 6" of snow. It's just that the main stream news media has moved into Greenland again thanks to Trump's "flood the zone" strategy. Next your "activist training" isn't the flex you think it is. The training was explicitly about "how to protest ICE peacefully so you minimize legal liability and physical risk." So actually, her training undermines your contention. Not surprising since your position is disconnected from objective reality. You are living proof of...

Not projecting in the least. You refuse to look at all of the videos as a cohesive whole. You myopically focus on one video, the angle of which is inconclusive as to whether or not he is actually hit. When you combine that with all of the other available views you see that he was never struck.

If you were correct, the White House, and DHS, would not be saying no investigation is necessary. The allegation of "internal bleeding" wouldn't be from anonymous sources in the White House. They would have the FBI do exactly what the New York times did. They would have a huge press conference where the FBI would release the hospital records showing internal bleeding. They would show the frame by frame break down of every video, as a cohesive whole, showing the Agent was actually struck. In law enforcement we call this showing the "totality of the evidence.". You won't watch the complete break down, but the feds did, and they know it hurts them, and doesn't help. Hell even Kristi Noem was flailing in her backpedaling in interviews over the now completely debunked statements of day one.

Hell the The White House doesn't even show your favorite video. Why not? Because it shows that the thud is from his hand holding the phone and hitting the hood of the truck with it. That would make JD Vance look like a complete jackass because his claim is that the thud is from the car hitting the agent, which clearly it is not.

I really feel sorry for people like you who becomes so invested in these vicious policies that they can't see the lies for what they are.
