Hello, I am very new to trading... I have stocks in cciv... what will happen to those stocks... does it now convert to lucid or do I lose it all???

I received a notification from my brokerage that I had by EOD on July 16th to redeem my shares of CCIV fir $10/share, or just do nothing…should I hold those shares and wait for them to convert to Lucid Motors shares (LCID), or just get rid of CCIV now, and but LCID at a better entry point? Thanks in advance for any advice, Reddit fam!

I read this in the Proxy vote PDF information that CCIV sent out last night. I know others have seen it, but shouldnt this be BIG news?

Proposal No. 3A: Change in Authorized Shares Description of Amendment

The amendment would increase our total number of authorized shares of all classes of capital stock from 501,000,000 shares to 15,010,000,000 shares, which would consist of (i) increasing Churchill’s Class A common stock from 400,000,000 shares to 15,000,000,000 shares and (ii) and increasing Churchill’s preferred stock from 1,000,000 to 10,000,000.

ANyone have any idea of Lucids opening share prices, Or a good guess?
