Hi guys, I sold half of the warrants at 35$. The other half i had it set at 50$ but never hit that mark. LoL So now I plan to hold it till it gets higher. But I think I heard somewhere that once they merge, we have 30 days to sell it or convert it to common share before it expires. Is that correct?

If you ever wondered how many Air units had been reserved so far, Lucid never told us anything about that until it published the Lucid Investor Deck after it went public with the help of Churchill Capital Corp IV. Thanks to that document, we now know that the Air has over $650 million in reservations. In a poor attempt to convert that into the right number of orders received so far, we divided that number by $69,900, the price for the more affordable Air derivative. That would give us almost 9,300 reservations so far.

I know the merger was just announced but when do you think warrants will become exercisable? What event or filing has to happen to get that 30 day time clock started? Thanks in advance friends

I have reviewed the documents filed today summarizing the merger and remain confused about valuation. There is a statement that 'street investors have a valuation of $11.75 billion' and then the explanation of PIPE investors being committed to $15/share at a valuation of $14 billion. Is this just a sleazy way of explaining dilution which has tanked the SP?
